Before using GlassManager, sending out customer quotes could take almost a week. Now, we can build and send them in just a few minutes. It’s a huge time-saver and makes us look much more professional. Our team can also see job details and updates on their phones in real-time, so there’s way less confusion and way fewer calls to the office. The onboarding process was smooth, and the support team was incredibly helpful the entire way through.

Pros

\- Everything related to a job is now in one centralized place, which makes it easier for the whole team to stay on the same page - Tasks that used to take hours — like building estimates — are now done in minutes and look very professional - The onboarding and support team went above and beyond to make sure our entire crew felt confident using the software

Cons

\- GlassManager does not have an open API at this time. You have to import your data to the software if using other tools besides accounting software.

We used to have to manage our team with emails, texts, spreadsheets, and papers. Everything had to be entered twice and it made it difficult to find the information our field staff needed. GlassManager solved that issue by bringing everything together. Our field staff can pull up all the job details they need and upload before and after photos right away. This means less admin work required from our office team. No more hunting for papers, no more lost job details. GlassManager is well worth it.

Pros

GlassManager helps us save countless hours each week by making it easy to quote, create purchase orders, schedule, and invoice. It keeps track of all communication between us and our customers, helping us build relationships and preventing mistakes or lost jobs. Their support team was great at helping us understand the software.

Cons

We’ve been using GlassManager for a few months now and don’t have anything negative to say. The system is easy to use and their team is very helpful.

When it comes to our business, we’re happy to have chosen GlassManager. We used to have to spend hours a week compiling different papers and spreadsheets to get an idea of what’s going on in our business. Now, everything we need is on the software, we can search through and add notes or even photos. This makes our day smoother and our jobs easier.

\- GlassManager has a great support team, they provide unlimited support, and made sure we were confident in the software - GlassManager is easy to use and saves us hours every week

Glassmanager is a must have for anyone doing commercial glass work. It saves us a bunch of time daily on admin work, creating estimates, and exporting to accounting software. The team has been great when it comes to getting help. Looking forward to future updates!

Pros

\-Easy to get started, team was comfortable by week 2 -Integrated with QuickBooks -Great customer support

Cons

There was a setup fee for getting started. Other than that, every issue has been resolved pretty quickly.

\*\*Glass Manager Review: A Cautionary Tale for Small Businesses\*\* Our company's experience with Glass Manager was nothing short of a nightmare. From the outset, the extensive time investment required for the transition proved to be just a glimpse of the problems to come. The software itself is essentially a collection of glitchy, temperamental spreadsheets. Simple tasks took five times longer than usual, resulting in a massive loss of time and productivity. After only three weeks, we were forced to cancel. When we reached out for assistance, we were met with disinterest and even annoyance. To add insult to injury, we received an email stating that they would start charging us for help – help that was sorely lacking for such incapable software. The cancellation process was equally frustrating. There was no seamless transfer of our data. Instead, we were told we would have to spend our own time extracting the information. We expressed our unwillingness to be charged for accessing our own data, but our concerns fell on deaf ears. Glass Manager's complete lack of customer service and disregard for the impact of their faulty software on small businesses is appalling. We strongly advise against allowing this company into your office.

Pros

Unfortunately, we didn't find GlassManager to be a good fit for our needs.

Cons

Every aspect of this software was frustrating and very unproductive.

The ease of transferring payments to QuickBooks with a single click is remarkable. No more manual inputting of invoices and payments, just seamless efficiency. GlassManager has simplified my workflow, saving time and ensuring accuracy. It's a must-have tool for any accounting department.

We have been using glassmanager for the past seven months, and we are very happy with it. It's very user-friendly software that has helped us save time and money. Their glass drawing tool is very effective, we can quickly create shower designs and add them to invoices. That made our estimate and invoicing process very easy and professional.

Pros

Glassmanager is easy to use and their reports presentation is really good and helpful.

Cons

limits on users, their professional package can be used by only three users.
