The granularity is impressive and the reports are nice and clean. With PULScore we are always able to say what is causing an issue. One other aspect is support which is always responsive and helpful. Cons PULScore has a lot of functionality and views and I find it sometimes difficult to navigate through all efficiently. Some improvements to the UI flow would be nice. Pros Excellent monthly SLA reporting, with broad range of very high grade measurements. Cons Slightly cumbersome to set up, not trivial to do without support. We love the easy administration and we have hundreds of probes in use that makes managing this with pulscore almost effortless. Cons We would love to see improvements in the PULScore UI with new flat html and improved charts.
