They do a close follow-up and try to help find solutions and think out of the box. The customer specific training allowed us to include specific elements to increase the 'real life' connection for field sales. (for example: one of the avatars looks like one of the field sales managers and has the same name) Cons At the moment it is not possible to implement the Play It training in our 'Academy Platform' at Coca-Cola. (Issue with configuration SCORM file for Ipad/Iphone). If this would be possible to integrate in the future, this would support our internal Change Management 'battle'.
