It gives me real peace of mind knowing that a separate backup is available if information is accidentally deleted, changed, or lost. The few times I have needed to retrieve or restore data, the process was easy and worked without any problems. Combined with the fair price and good customer support, ProBackup has provided excellent value. I feel much safer knowing our important Airtable information is protected, and I would recommend the service to any organization that relies heavily on Airtable. Pros Airtable data, and it has been consistently reliable. The setup was simple, the backups run automatically in the background, and I rarely have to think about them. I have needed to recover data a few times, and each time the restore process was straightforward and worked as expected. The pricing is reasonable, and whenever I have contacted support, the response has been helpful and professional. I also appreciate ProBackup’s transparency about security. According to its published documentation, the company has completed a SOC 2 Type II audit and protects sensitive customer data with AES-256 encryption at rest and HTTPS encryption in transit. This adds to the peace of mind the service already gives me. Cons I honestly have not experienced any significant problems during several years of use. The service works quietly in the background, so I do not need to interact with it very often. There is very little negative to report. It's been very easy and I love the email recaps I get. Pros ProBackup was so easy to set up! Literally a couple clicks to connect the software I wanted to backup and it was done and on it's way. We were also very excited that ProBackup supports Notion because that was very important to us. Cons They don't support all of the software I would like it to, but I know they're constantly working on improving that and introducing new options. Communication has been good throughout our engagement. Pros Probackup was a good fit for our organisation due to being one of the few tools available to backup Basecamp as well as Google Workspace. Set was easy and customer support during our early use of the product was very responsive. Restoring individual files is very quick and easy. Cons The user interface for reviewing Google Drive backups can be a bit challenging to navigate, particularly for drives where there are a large number of files. Easy to use, easy to set up. Works automatically in the background Pros its just about the only product that lets us back up our clickup installation. Especially in the days of AI where our Claude is connected to our Clickup we want to make sure that any mistakes can be undone. In addition there is actually no native backup option in Clickup which is a real deficiency. Cons I feel that it is on the expensive side but didn't feel that I really had any choice. Pros We have been using ProBackup for a few months now and their customer support has been awesome. Responds to any questions we have within hours - not days. It was super easy to setup to help backup our ClickUp workspaces and provides such great peace of mind. Cons So far, I can't think of anything I don't like. If anything, would be nice to click on an attachment and view it instantly so when there are multiple versions of something, we know which one we really want to restore. Items are well organized and deleted items remain under their Board and Group name. Files are also organized by boards so they are easy to find and restore. I especially like the option to restore to a previous version or just create a new item with the backed up information. Pros Backups are organized in boards and groups just like Monday.com. Missing files are very easy to find since there are directories. Everything is recoverable, either through automatic or manual recovery. Backups are constant throughout the day instead of one single backup every 24 hours like other products. Cons I'm unable to extend the same Board viewing restrictions from Monday.com to ProBackup users. When setting up additional users, only the Full scope allows users to view the backup - every board including the ones that are restricted in Monday.com. Any other scope blocks their access. Pros As a not-for-profit and charity Equal adventure developments uses a range of online tools to make sure that we can make a difference to disable people this requires manipulating large amounts of data to deliver products and services the make a difference to families communities and individuals. Pro backup allows us to use these online tools whilst at the same time monitoring our independent data backup system it is a vital part of our resilience and cyber security setup. The support at pro backup allowed us to set up the system easily the dashboard is intuitive and easy to understand. Very easy to use. Pros Genuinely set-and-forget. Once configured, it runs in the background without needing attention, which is exactly what I want from a backup tool. Easy to use... the setup and day-to-day interface are straightforward. Cons The connector library could be broader. There are a few sources I'd like to back up that aren't currently supported, and expanding coverage would make it a more complete solution.
