No issues, support always replies, open to suggestions. Pros Peace of mind. All data backed up, synced with GDrive. Platform UI is so clean and easy to navigate. Just discovered that the platform almost mirrors our Apps UI. TOP Cons All good. So far, ProBackup has exceeded my expectations. June 24, 2026 5.0 The support team has been phenomenal at answering my questions and getting my account up and going. It's been very easy and I love the email recaps I get. Pros ProBackup was so easy to set up! Literally a couple clicks to connect the software I wanted to backup and it was done and on it's way. We were also very excited that ProBackup supports Notion because that was very important to us. Cons They don't support all of the software I would like it to, but I know they're constantly working on improving that and introducing new options. Pros Nothing, since it didn't work at all. Trying to restore a project gave me errors that support couldn't fix. Cons Service was non-existent. Communication has been good throughout our engagement. Pros Probackup was a good fit for our organisation due to being one of the few tools available to backup Basecamp as well as Google Workspace. Set was easy and customer support during our early use of the product was very responsive. Restoring individual files is very quick and easy. Cons The user interface for reviewing Google Drive backups can be a bit challenging to navigate, particularly for drives where there are a large number of files. Pros As a not-for-profit and charity Equal adventure developments uses a range of online tools to make sure that we can make a difference to disable people this requires manipulating large amounts of data to deliver products and services the make a difference to families communities and individuals. Pro backup allows us to use these online tools whilst at the same time monitoring our independent data backup system it is a vital part of our resilience and cyber security setup. The support at pro backup allowed us to set up the system easily the dashboard is intuitive and easy to understand. I feel we are truly receiving value for the subscription fees we are paying and the peace of mind knowing we have a backup. Pros We have been using ProBackup for a few months now and their customer support has been awesome. Responds to any questions we have within hours - not days. It was super easy to setup to help backup our ClickUp workspaces and provides such great peace of mind. Cons So far, I can't think of anything I don't like. June 8, 2026 5.0 I use it to backup Monday.com. Items are well organized and deleted items remain under their Board and Group name. Files are also organized by boards so they are easy to find and restore. I especially like the option to restore to a previous version or just create a new item with the backed up information. Pros Backups are organized in boards and groups just like Monday.com. Missing files are very easy to find since there are directories. Everything is recoverable, either through automatic or manual recovery. Backups are constant throughout the day instead of one single backup every 24 hours like other products. Cons I'm unable to extend the same Board viewing restrictions from Monday.com to ProBackup users. When setting up additional users, only the Full scope allows users to view the backup - every board including the ones that are restricted in Monday.com. Any other scope blocks their access. Very easy to use. Pros Genuinely set-and-forget. Once configured, it runs in the background without needing attention, which is exactly what I want from a backup tool. Easy to use... the setup and day-to-day interface are straightforward. Cons The connector library could be broader. Pros Extremely easy and fast to set up. Very intuitive interface. Great way to get instant comfort of knowing data is backed up without needing any advanced technical skills. Using for Asana and Github. LOVING it! Cons Needs to clarify that "restoring" data to Asana doesn't mean restoring the original projects/tasks. It means restoring a copy of the data, which is definitely helpful, but comes with important nuances that are critical for advanced users to understand -- e.g. @mentioned tasks and projects will now have new IDs. But, I don't see any better way to do it, and it gives enormous comfort knowing the data is preserved, so I'm a very happy customer nonetheless. Review Source JH Jamie H. If something happened to our ClickUp we would lose so much information and it's nice to know that we had a backup. Cons I didn't like the spreadsheets I feel like it's hard to read. Can see where the backups are and are being updated daily. Cons It appears that while I was getting "Google Drive" backups under my previous plan, and could see them working, this wasn't grandfathered in when their plans changed, so I appear to have lost that feature. I went from "keeping me up at night" with how vulnerable I was... losing my data to being completely 100% at ease Cons I'm going to tell you the truth. While backup systems are not exactly "exciting" with lots of fancy features to tout, it is reassuring to know that we have a contingency in place if someone accidentally deletes important data from our Podio system. Pros I like the "set it and forget it" nature of this product. It runs silently in the background protecting our important information. Cons I do not have any complaints. It does exactly what its supposed to do. If I had to pick something, it would be the ability to migrate data from Clickup over to Asana, Jira, etc but that is not the purpose of this software anyway. Just setup and relax. You can restore data in a certain point in time. It sends you reports about the amount data it backuped. And notifies you when there is an issue. The interface has been improved and the handling of bulk data volumes is very efficient. Cons When working with large sets of data, it was sometimes hard to filter to exact records we wished to isolate for restoration.
