I am very much relay on AIOps to monitor my network devices and server monitoring. Pros Network Monitoring and alert are the good features that i like the most. Cons I required network diagram to be created, but this is not in Alops as of now. The dashboard has a very good collection of widgets for monitoring and reporting. Pros Motadata AIOps is a powerful tool to get realtime health status for devices available on the network. It was very useful in bandwidth optimizing as well as preparing a baseline for our network safety. The NCM feature is a very good tool for taking the backups of network devices in a easy process. Cons 1\. Use of CDP protocol for network discovery. 2. Use of some protocols which are having flagged vulnerabilities. EMS Admin Information Technology and Services Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Commendable expperience with the Motadata tool implementation in state data centre HP" July 19, 2024 4.0 Pros All in one platform as currently we were using multiple tools for the server, network. asset, patch management and monitoring which makes it multiple alert based platforms difficult to manage, with motadata we are projecting the early alert based issues which can help in avoiding the big impactful issues in state data centre. Cons Currently what i can assume is the session time out and refresh sessions of motadata tool while monitoring, incase of any website going down it generates alert but as soon as the site is up it takes time or needs to be refresh to update current scenario of application. Further the observability of the tool has a high potential to monitor any devices. Performance of the solution and capabilities are satisfactory. The deployment engineer was very helpful in the deployment & configuration Cons Features like SLA features & reporting is yet to be integrated to the solution. The Agent deployment needs to be done one each server rather than pushing it through the system on discovered devices. The agent is over 600MB in size & which consumes a significant amount of resources Reason for choosing Motadata AIOps Was comparatively cheaper than ManageEngine.
