The funds spent on Anchor is worth every penny. There is more to it than just hit record and upload. There is also mental therapy that takes place the more you use it.

Pros

Anchor is so easy to use; you just plug in the data and go. I really miss recording my podcasts. The hardest part of its use was coming up with ways to keep my words in the correct order. Mostly because I had so many of them.

Cons

At the time of my usage of the software, there was no live or AI features available. This can only mean one thing; time to revisit Anchor and share what's new!

Loved it, wish I never left. When Spotify took control I was offered a free "lifetime" offer with a competitor and I regret it to this day. Anchor was easy and simple and uploading episodes was a breeze.

Pros

Anchor offered a simple interface for easy and fast uploading of episodes. other sites I've tried made me go through random steps that tripped me up to just get to the upload page.

Cons

Not a lot of cons for a free service. It's hard to complain that a free service doesn't offer a lot of bells and whistles. I'd rather have a solid simple service than an overly bloated service that doesn't work well. Anchor was lean and amazing.

For how my teachers use it, we have been really pleased.

Pros

Anchor keeps things really easy, and gives you the power to make the podcasts only available to certain people or globally.

Cons

Editing within Anchor can feel limited.

It was very easy to use, and made it super easy to upload podcast episodes on to Spotify.

There's not a lot of customization but it is simple to use and still good for those wanting to host a podcast.

Overall, I like the options it has, as well as automatic publishing and up-to-date in-depth analytics.

Pros

I like that this software is easy to use, integrates well with Spotify, and allows you to make podcasts from your phone.

Cons

Google integration from my tablet seemed to not always work when listening to podcasts got 404 errors.

Excellent, I've been using Anchor since a University project more than 8 years ago and I'd highly recommend it to anyone creating podcast content.

Pros

How easy it is to use, how quickly it distributes to the main apps and the low cost (we mainly use free but have dabbled with paid for features!)

Cons

Getting distributed in one of our podcasts took longer on some channels than it should but support investigated and found an error in the code that they quickly resolved.

Pros

Mi attraeva molto la funzione che permetteva di registrare podcast in diretta facendosi inviare note vocali dai partecipanti.

Cons

Avevo solo fatto un test della funzionalità di Anchor di far registrare podcast in diretta, ma l'ultilizzo mi era sembrato macchinoso, quindi poi ho smesso di usarlo.
