They are pushing the standards of typical document/contract management and signature to a whole new level through use of advanced tech and considerate customer service! Pros What I liked most is the simple yet powerful design of the tool. It can be set up today, but if my requirements change tomorrow it can quickly adapt and accommodate. I wish every company I worked with was this easy and helpful. Pros The two things I love about Zeal the most are the interface and the customer service. In terms of the user interface it is intuitive, easy to use and there is such a low barrier for entry. I am not a super savvy tech guy, but now that I got it, I can't stop using it. Additionally, the customer service rocks! They are so helpful. Cons The thing I like least is that sometimes I upload pdf and the formatting is a little wonky, however, most of the docs I create are in Zeal and I know they are working to fix this.
