Pros

L’outil tient sa promesse de remplacer plein de logiciels en une seule solution. Les fonctionnalités sont pertinentes et adaptées à plusieurs services.

Cons

La formation est obligatoire : mettre en place le logiciel et l’utiliser n’est pas une mince affaire (même si c’est plutôt ergonomique). En d’autres mots, la prise en main reste complexe et il faudra bien accompagner les équipes à l’utiliser
