Pros

My team and I have been using Bugasura for bug tracking for a few months now, and overall, we've had a positive experience. The software is incredibly user-friendly and makes it easy to track and prioritize bugs. My team particularly likes the ability to assign bugs to team members and track progress, which has made our bug tracking process much more efficient.

Cons

However, there have been a few hiccups along the way. The software can be slow at times, especially when dealing with a high volume of bugs. Some team members have also reported difficulty with customization and the lack of integration with other tools. Pros

I am a startup tech lead. I don't want to spend a lot of time customizing my bug tracker. I loved the simple signup with bugasura and hence decided to get it on board because I don't want to spend time managing the tracker. I want to get back to coding.

Pros

We are using it not just as a bug tracker but also an issue tracker where we manage our new features and associated bugs. So far the experience is smooth. No issues faced. Support is pretty good.

Cons

I think this is perfect for team sizes up to 50 people.

Pros

We use Asana for Project Management and it doesn't double up as a bug tracker as much as we want to. That's why we wanted to use a dedicated bug tracker. We loved Bugasura but there was no integration to Asana. When we connected with their team they said they have it in roadmap and started prioritising it for us. This enabled us to move. Also, once we did that, we love the speed at which Bugasura enables us to move our bugs.

Cons

Asana integration is coming soon as per the roadmap. Otherwise this would have been a big con for us. We would be using the integration soon.

Pros

I have used bug trackers that are slow. As our project size grew, things slowed down. Our fellow devs and QA wanted something that is fast to work with.

Cons

Today, we have 80% of what features we need. We let go the need of a few features to get Bugasura but the decision is worth it. Over time I hope Bugasura would certainly have 100% of what we want.

Reporting bugs is super easy with Bugasura. I love the fact that there is a Chrome reporter and Android reporter that makes my job faster and easy.

Cons

Anything we wanted the team has been super responsive and hence there are no cons that stay.

If Google is = Knowledge, Apple = Bench March for Quality, Then Bugasura is = Wisdom with quality, Just close the eyes and go for it is worth investing

Pros

Easy to Log, View, Customise, Yet to integrate with other products like jira or slack.

Cons

At time finding difficult to log the bugs for eg Annotations can be better, for Mac users while using track pad screen is fluctuating,

We use this extremely useful tool to get an overall track of all the issues being faced by the teammates and the vendors on our various platforms. The issues get tracked in real time with a proper resolution being followed up thus increasing the overall experience.

I have used this tool for last few months to track the issues being faced by users on our sales platform. It allows us to easily track the issues so that they get resolved at the earliest thus enhancing the seamless user experience
