But through Marketing Master IO, I can do work during weekends and focus on marketing efforts, so that during weekdays and work days, I can focus on operations and solving problems if any arise.
Live customer support is not there to resolve queries immediately. A Custom SMS gateway configuration is not there which can reduce the SMS charges.
The price, its quite expensive. Should have a one time pay option.
"Probably the most underrated product ever "
Overall: Very pleased. I tried Radaar postly but, this was my favorite
Pros: The fact that it makes me feel like I have a team behind me even though I'm a one-person show

Pros: Broadcast, Campaigns, Contacts List Management, Multiple channel flow builder and live chat are the best shots I can bet on. If Telegram, line, Call and custom SMS integration could have made this software a unanimous winner in this category.
Cons: Live customer support is not there to resolve queries immediately. A Custom SMS gateway configuration is not there which can reduce the SMS charges. SMS credits in the system are too costly so We can't use them for marketing in India.
"Easy To Use"
Pros: It was easy to use and convenient for us.
Cons: Maybe make it friendly more and have more features.
"Pleasant surprise"
Overall: Very pleasant surprise, at the beginning can be overwhelming, but the documentation is quite good and the support team is very quick to reply.
Pros: I tested MMIO for the chat bot capabilities but found out it can be much more. It has ecommerce, funnel building, email marketing. All in all a very well rounded feature set, and the developers are adding functionalities and fixing bugs almos weekly.
Cons: Where could be the possibility to use a custom URL on the funnels without the need for the white label tier.
