### "All in One Marketing Tool you need"

It's a real pleasure to have this software in my arsenal. I would definitely recommend this to all my friends.

Pros

Broadcast, Campaigns, Contacts List Management, Multiple channel flow builder and live chat are the best shots I can bet on. If Telegram, line, Call and custom SMS integration could have made this software a unanimous winner in this category.

Cons

Live customer support is not there to resolve queries immediately. A Custom SMS gateway configuration is not there which can reduce the SMS charges. SMS credits in the system are too costly so We can't use them for marketing in India.

As a microentrepreneus, my microenterprise demands me to allot time on all aspects of the business. Literally, I do not have weekends off. But through Marketing Master IO, I can do work during weekends and focus on marketing efforts, so that during weekdays and work days, I can focus on operations and solving problems if any arise.

Pros

As a microenterprise entrepreneur, I have limited time and budget and I am very busy with handling operations. This all-in-one tool allows me to create a streamlined marketing effort on days where I can focus on marketing, and schedule sending ahead of time - and in various mediums, allowing me to reach customers where they prefer to be contacted.

Cons

Whitelabel feature is only offered on the ultra grand master plan

Very pleasant surprise, at the beginning can be overwhelming, but the documentation is quite good and the support team is very quick to reply.

Pros

I tested MMIO for the chat bot capabilities but found out it can be much more. It has ecommerce, funnel building, email marketing. All in all a very well rounded feature set, and the developers are adding functionalities and fixing bugs almos weekly.

Cons

Where could be the possibility to use a custom URL on the funnels without the need for the white label tier.

Pros

I like all the feature, it's giving me the automation I am looking for when it comes to chatbot.

Cons

Customer support are bit slow and it took days for them to answer

MMIO has saved us a lot of our and clients' time. We can now build a whole marketing platform in a matter of days. It's a set-and-forget approach to marketing your products and services.

Pros

I like that it has all the basic marketing tools available in one suite. No need to subscribe to different software for web store, chatbot, email marketing, and social media and integrate them manually. MMIO even has its own funnel builder in a very easy and straightforward canvas. Cost and time-efficient solution!

Cons

The page builder needs an improvement. I find it tough to edit. It will be a perfect front liner if this will be upgraded.

The product has a lot of functions suited for omni-channel marketing and automation, but it's easy to use and you won't get lost because of documentations. From time to time they've added features that we didn't even requested but are very useful.

Cons

Pros

Lo que más me gusta de este producto es su precio, es más accesible en comparación de otros softwtare.

Cons

Las limitaciones para la pruebas gratuitas, pero es entendible si deseas utilizar el software en su esplendor debes pagar, pero en general no ahi nada que me desagrade.
