Fantastic value for money compared with other systems. Great customer support and good people. The data analysis after having installed FourJaw installed for only 4 months has really helped drive efficiency across the business. Cons Nothing to complain about. We had some difficulties getting it working correctly to begin with due to the complexity of our machines, but FourJaw have handled this with new clips. We were up and running within 4 weeks of initial conversations with FourJaw. The customer support has been outstanding, with knowledgeable people providing quick responses even though we’re located on the other side of the world in NZ. The new dashboards are a gamechanger. They’re easy to create and provide valuable insights into production data at all levels of the business. Another standout for us is the continuous improvement of the platform. The introduction of new features, especially around shift flexibility and planning, has made the system even more useful for managing day-to-day operations efficiently. Cons It would be ideal if we could have local support however we understand that this is difficult with us being located in New Zealand. Pros The layout of the data was very well presented and allowed us to establish a baseline and then plot growth targets over a timeline. Cons The Part we struggled with wasn't a fault of the device itself but it was how to keep power to the devices as we didn't originally hardwire them in, however once we did they ran perfect. The truly care and are always available to help via support and aim to continuously improve the platform via regular updates Pros Excellent user interface which has the ability to monitor multiple production lines and record real time downtime. This allows root cause analysis of the reasons for job not being achieved on time and to monitor trends of multiple batches of the same products of focus on a specific production line. Additionally FourJaw has excellent customer service which are always on hand to assist in any technical issues or listen to and implement. Cons It would be nice to have a fully customisable reporting system directly from the user interface. Fully customisable reports can be created however you have to do this via Excel.
