Pros The layout of the data was very well presented and allowed us to establish a baseline and then plot growth targets over a timeline. Cons The Part we struggled with wasn't a fault of the device itself but it was how to keep power to the devices as we didn't originally hardwire them in, however once we did they ran perfect. The truly care and are always available to help via support and aim to continuously improve the platform via regular updates Pros Excellent user interface which has the ability to monitor multiple production lines and record real time downtime. This allows root cause analysis of the reasons for job not being achieved on time and to monitor trends of multiple batches of the same products of focus on a specific production line. Additionally FourJaw has excellent customer service which are always on hand to assist in any technical issues or listen to and implement. Cons It would be nice to have a fully customisable reporting system directly from the user interface. Fully customisable reports can be created however you have to do this via Excel.
