The partnership with GPI is the big point. Customizations, interfaces, attention from support, etc.

Pros

Simple web-based format. Full control over platform and database. Interface with existing analyzers, label printers, other information systems.

Cons

Being first to implement, don't yet have other customers to discuss with.

A vendor to partner with for the long term, all the customizations, platform control, value for the money
