Pros The ease of use, but also the level of support. I have never experienced such a good support as with Heimdal. They are fast and 100% of the questions are answered in a way that I like. Cons The pricing is a bit vague. I would rather buy a product with all functionality in it instead of having to buy a licnse for each particular part of the software. I get always the feeling that I am missing functionality because of that. Reasons for choosing Heimdal Next-Gen Endpoint Antivirus At the beginning the pricing was interesting, but also the support was very good. Short lines to support and prompt answers to our questions. We were one of the first to implement Heimdal and therefore also took a risk with it. But after 4 years we are still there !
