Pros I love the customized meal plans for all my clients and workouts. Also having everything in 1 app. Cons I would love to have the meal plan swaps easier to use, having the clients choose their own swaps when they swap out. I would love to have a CARB Cycle meal plan option. Maybe have Options with macros more consistent for all options. I would like to see them to be able to print out a workout that looks like a log sheet of their workout of the day. I would also like to be able to transfer ounces/ grams into cups/ teaspoons .
