Me ha gustado poder ver el resultado de la grabación. Que haya sido visual la entrevista mejora a la entrevista telefónica.

Pros

La opción de repetir el video, el no tener que desplazarme 23km + 23km para hacer la entrevista. Ahorro en el desplazamiento.

Cons

La pérdida de la oportunidad de tener una primera entrevista cara a cara. El no haber visto las instalaciones de TacoBell.

Experiencia muy positiva. Ya había probado con anterioridad esta herramienta, lo que me hizo sentirme un poco más cómodo al momento de responder las preguntas

Forma interesante de entrevista sin necesidad de desplazamiento del candidato, dando flexibilidad al momento de escoger el momento de hacer la entrevista

Ninguna. No encuentro desventaja en una herramienta que ofrece facilidades en los procesos de captación de personal permitiendo al candidato escoger el momento en el que quiere grabar su entrevista

Llevo poco uso, pero ahora me esta gustando mucho, también me falta mi sector principal que es el mundo animal, pero reconozco que es sector es bastante complicado.

Las entrevistas en video, con unas preguntas que ayudan de guía. también me gusta el diseño y lo fácil que es usarla, ya que es muy intuitiva y sencilla.

Cons

No me deja escribir y desarrollar bien mi Cv, solo me deja escribir mi experiencia y formación, pero no puedo añadir un apartado que es fundamental para mi, que es donde escribo que tengo carnet de conducir, coche propio, disponibilidad inmediata, prefiero media jornada y de mañana
