ADP provided payroll for me thru my former employer for years prior as an employee. Therefore I already had knowledge of ADP. It was also recommended to me by my former employer. Therefore it was my first choice. Pros The peace of mind. The remittance of taxes and T4 slips to the CRA. The simpleness of processing payroll. The selection of reports you can download. Emails directing us to assistance if needed. Great customer support including virtual help online. Payroll always processed and delivered on time. App for staff to access all their information. Also the security of the site Cons I have never had a negative experience with ADP. However when i realized that they started submitting my payroll taxes quarterly instead of monthly as the CRA had written me a letter about this. It would have been very well appreciated to have received an email from ADP or a message on the site to inform me of this. Instead of wondering why my payroll taxes were not submitted on the 15 of every month. Any changes to any process of your services should also be relayed to the client.
