I appreciated being able to visually track workloads, assignees and timelines rather than pulling bits and pieces together on my own. It’s much easier to know where resources would better be applied if new priorities arise. Pros Smartsheet allows me a greater visibility into what work is being done by whom and how resources are spread. I have found the workload views incredibly helpful in equalizing assignment load across projects and keeping everything project schedules, ownership, and resource data together provides a quick window into capacity constraints. Cons Resource management fields can be difficult to set up correctly with numerous teams and projects to manage. We can make different sheets as per requirement and have an overview. It allows me to quickly and easily view and manage resources across my entire project. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy to set up and use. I'm able to customize the display to my own preferences and view all my resources in one place. It's a great tool to help me stay organized and on track. Cons The resource management tool in Smartsheet can be a bit slow and unresponsive at times. I've also noticed that it can be difficult to quickly and easily move resources from one project to another.
