Pros

QuipCheck has quickly become an essential maintenance tool used by all personal throughout. the customer support being key to the implementation and rapid customisation allowed us to hit the ground running and keep moving forward with changes and updates as required.

Cons

the only thing I can think of is we don't see enough of Steve.

Pros

Easy to use for staff out on sites with no paperwork needed. Keeps track of our maintenance, plant checks and Integrates with our onsite database thanks to the developers at QuipCheck.

Cons

There could be more generic reporting on forms that have been submitted.

Aside from how much QuipCheck has helped us improve our processes, the team at QuipCheck have been nothing but helpful! They are always available to answer any queries and are always able to provide any assistance.

Pros

Both the app and the portal are super easy to use which makes it super easy to teach people. We were able to integrate all of our previous processes onto QuipCheck without having to majorly change these processes which was ideal. I find it most helpful that QuipCheck are able to work with us, taking on feedback, providing assistance quickly, giving us new ideas to help us improve.

Cons

We have had a couple of new ideas that could shortcut a few processes whilst using the portal. We have shared these with QuipCheck and they have already started working on these new ideas and have taken the feedback onboard which is fantastic!

We found QuipCheck to be the simplest to use whilst still offering all the same features as other programs and with more to offer!
