Mi experiencia general ha sido muy positiva: Easy Docking es altamente personalizable y ha agilizado la gestión de muelles, mejorando la colaboración entre áreas y permitiéndonos controlar sobrecostos mientras elevamos nuestro nivel de servicio. Gracias a su personalización, integración y visibilidad en tiempo real, hemos logrado una operación más eficiente y una toma de decisiones basada en datos concretos.

Pros

Nos permite tener visibilidad en tiempo real de las operaciones de cargue o descargue en nuestras plantas, lo que me permite anticipar llegadas y optimizar la asignación de muelles. Envía notificaciones automáticas que reducen los tiempos de espera de transportistas y mejoran la coordinación interna. Tiene una interfaz altamente personalizable, adaptándose a las necesidades de cada operación lo que facilita su uso.

Cons

Durante la implementación puede generar resistencia al cambio, pero en la medida que se avanza y se va personalizando se convierte en una herramienta fundamental.

Excelente acompañamiento en todo el proceso. Rápida implementación. Las herramienta nos garantizar tener información en tiempo real.

Pros

Facilidad de uso, levantamiento de información clave, facilidad para agendar y guardar trazabilidad en el agendamiento, recibo de proveedores.

Cons

La información o datos capturados deben aprovecharse a través de Dashboard para visualizar gráficos estadísticos y de flujo operativo que faciliten la toma de decisiones.

En nuestro caso ya éramos usuarios de la plataforma anterior MMCALL que también nos trajo numerosos beneficios cdo la implementamos, el paso a Easy Docking potencio estos beneficios. Por lo cual en rasgos generales estamos muy conformes con el servicio que nos brindan.

Pros

La principal ventaja que nos trajo el uso de la plataforma fue la organización y registro de la playa de camiones, la posibilidad de comunicar información a los choferes como así también los datos que podemos relevar con el uso de la misma, como ser tiempos de carga, tiempos de permanencia, motivos de demoras, etc.

Cons

No veo desventajas, el cambio de pasar a de un excel como planilla de registro de ingresos y llamar choferes en persona al uso de la plataforma de Easy Docking fue un cambio muy favorable para nosotros. Obviamente hay puntos a mejorar.

El software es muy intituitivo, facil de usar, el soporte siempre cumplio con nuestras necesidades incluyendo cambios puntuales aplicados a nuestro proceso.

Pros

Logramos interconectar Easydocking con otros sistemas de la empresa, permitiendo automatizacion de procesos, reduccion en tiempos de espera de vehiculos en playa, datos reales de tiempos de espera por sector.

Cons

Quedan pendientes implementaciones de nuevos procesos

La facilidad de uso y practicidad entre sus principales ventajas. En nuestra planta de producción pudimos organizar la agenda para que los transportes confirmen el día y horario asignado para el retiro de productos. Recomendable

Como lider de implementación, administrador y capacitador, puedo mencionar que el equipo de EasyDocking cuenta con profesionales comprometidos y entusiastas,se llevó adelante con celeridad la implementación, incluso en menor tiempo del previsto. Su implementacion nos ayudo a eliminar los cuellos de botella por las ineficientes gestiones de turnos. Nos permitió visibilidad de las agendas. Nos permitió poder contar con reportes automaticos para la elaboración de indicadores. En los 7 centros de distribución de la compañia la herramienta resulto funcional, hoy en día el personal de seguridad gestiona las bases de datos de los choferes y ayudantes, esto permite agilizar el ingreso y evitar los registros manuales.

Pros

Lo que mas me gustó de la herramieta, fue la facilidad con la que se puede gestionar el ABM y lo sencillo que resultó capacitar a todo el personal debido a su simpleza.

Cons

No tengo comentarios negativos al respecto, la herramienta cumple con los requerimientos necesarios.

Pros

Nos ayudó a ordenar significativamente la agenda de recepción en centros de distribución. Contamos con múltiples proveedores y todos son muy distintos, necesitábamos una herramienta autogestionable por todos. Es muy intuitivo y de fácil uso, no solo para el proveedor si no también para nuestros colaboradores. Además genera informes y reportes de Power BI que ayudan a gestionar mucho mejor la recepción.

Cons

Tiene todas las herramientas que precisamos para controlar la recepción. En un futuro podríamos pensar en utilizar nuevas funcionalidades del software que aún no necesitamos.

Pros

La autogestión de turnos por parte de los proveedores y clientes fue fundamental para reducir nuestra carga laboral administrativa. La comunicación con los choferes por WhatsApp funciona muy bien. Y el tablero que desarrollamos en conjunto nos permite coordinar con gran facilidad las tareas diarias. También es para resaltar la atención al cliente. Responden rápidamente y están siempre predispuestos a solucionar los problemas que surjan y encarar las mejoras solicitadas.

Cons

Nada. Todo funciona muy bien. No tuvimos problemas desde la implementación.
