Dashboard provides a quick snapshot of all activities of the system. All the critical attributes of the system would be visible here. User will be able to see all their approval under the ‘My Approval’ section.

This screen will show all the buyer group created in the system. Buyer groups can be created as required. Buyers groups can be mapped to different Item group to allow buyers to purchase products in the item group.
All the purchase requests raised will be displayed on the screen. Different filters options are available to slice and dice the purchase request. Details of the PR can be seen by going to the profile page of PR.
Vendor comparison is available out of box once the quotations are submitted by vendors. Comparison will be available for all the approving users. Vendor recommended by the system are highlighted in green.
Vendor will be able to bid on RFQ from the vendor portal. Vendor can be sent a request to registered on the procurement portal. A workflow can be defined for vendor approval to ensure all the information is provided by vendor for registration.

"Easy and Transparent Procurement"

Overall: Its great exp, Management can control on pruchase and great visiblity on every tranction. It covers all the required reports

Pros: Its easy to deploy and user friendly, IT gives a visibility on every RFQ.

Cons: Integration with ERP could be better and also want inventory with this application.
