Panther has made a massive difference to my day to day work load. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a platform to manage candidate information, payroll and all other recruitment needs. This is a real game changer

Pros

Ease of use, clear categorisation and ability to identify key candidates and documentation for compliance allow me to get rid of some of those old spreadsheet

Cons

Have not found anything I dont like about it, Its a massive improvement from previous systems I have used in the past

Panthers been a real blessing for our business in making our process more efficient. The team are always responsive and helpful. The design and layout make it very easy to navigate too!

Pros

Value for money, display/layout, response time/service, scheduling, ease of use, the client feature is also really great to track your costs and profit.

Cons

no issue's currently - When we first started using it we did have a suggestion regarding a certain area, however the team took on the feedback and actually implemented it which we thought was really good of them.

Ours was a very positive overall experience. The system is forward thinking and the staff most helpful - they explain matters clearly and help tailor things to your particular requirements.

Pros

Panther apportions great cost management advantages, in that less labour is required. Our clients experience is also made smoother - and this engages them more. Overall it has greatly modenised our systems set up.

Cons

Obviously, there is an initial training period you need to pay attention to. Like any new system it takes a bit of getting used to and you do need to apply yourself.

The main purpose of a CRM is to provide quick access to accurate information in an easy-to-navigate system — and Panther delivers this perfectly.

Pros

Panther is extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate. I have used CRM systems for over 10 years, and this is by far the most efficient one I have worked with. The system delivers exactly what a CRM should — quick access to information, clear layouts, and smooth workflows. It looks modern, loads quickly, and works reliably without freezing, crashing, or logging you out, even when uploading information. Scheduling and payroll processes run smoothly and efficiently, saving time and reducing errors. Candidate profiles are clear and well-organised, with all relevant information easily accessible in one place. The overall candidate process is straightforward from start to finish, making it easy to manage candidates efficiently and without disruption. Panther offers excellent value for money by providing a reliable, high-performing CRM that avoids the common issues found in older systems. Customer support is responsive and helpful, ensuring any queries are resolved quickly. Overall, Panther is a dependable system that improves productivity and delivers real benefits to daily operations.

Cons

Honestly, there is very little to dislike. Compared to other CRM systems I’ve used, Panther avoids common issues such as slow loading times, system crashes, freezing during uploads, or unexpected logouts. It simply works as it should.
