I've created many permanent sites and some temporary. They are easily indexed through the Google console to get great placement on search engines. They're easy to create and are very simple to use for a quick site needed to promote a special piece of my art for an upcoming event. Pros I can make as many websites as I want for free. I use them with Google adsense and products I sell to bring in more revenue. Because they are by Google I am able to easily get relevant traffic using basic SEO skills. It also offers a free ssl certificate internally placed for security requirements. Cons Because it is free, it has many limits that a paid host offers. It's very easy to use and has hundreds (maybe even thousands) of available templates for customization, and if you're programming savvy you can even create your own HTML for the ultimate customization. Regardless of what your content is, Blogger has an easy to use way to make it your own and share your uniqueness with your audiience visally and through add-on features. Cons Kind of in contradiction to my favourite of part of Blogger is that when you are first starting out, the templates and options may seem a little overwhelming!
