So much better than having to do the file conversion. Since I have a reliable computer and quality internet service, this cloud-based service was perfect for me. Pros I could REALLY appreciate how easy MailJerry was after using a different product in the past. It involved exporting and converting emails to a pst file then importing to the target email address. It was much more time consuming and I was terrified throughout the process I was going to lose the data. Everything about MailJerry was intuitive and worked properly. I did need to ask an IT question and it was on the weekend, but someone responded to me quickly. They do not promise that service immediately or on a weekend, but I definitely appreciated it. The app rated my computer/internet speed in the high range. I migrated 6,000 - 7000 emails in about 2 hours. Best of all, the process never stopped or hesitated once so I didn't experience the anxiety of wondering if something was amiss and the transfer was going to go haywire. Cons In entering the necessary credentials for both the sending and receiving email systems, I either made a mistake or the directions weren't entirely clear and I got two different error messages on two attempts. The error message didn't really identify the problem so that was I needed IT help. I did get help immediately, however, and the associate was able to quickly identify the problem. He was very reassuring and then followed up with me througout the process. Switched from [Stellar Phoenix Outlook PST Repair](https://www.capterra.com/p/174645/Outlook-PST-Repair/) \*I used Stellar Converter for Windows Live mail, but that wasn't listed as a choice.\* I switched because I wanted to avoid exporting and converting to pst then importing to target email. Danke auch nochmal für den tollen Support sogar weit außerhalb der regulären Geschäftszeiten! Einfach ein Wahnsinn der Service!!!! Pros Die Synchronisierung von über 20 Postfächern hat einwandfrei geklappt! genau was ich gesucht habe, werde für meine nächsten Projekte mit Sicherheit wieder MailJerry verwenden.
