Customizable but needs improvement. It is lacking in some aspects.

Pros

What I like most about Amity Social Cloud is that it is customizable.

Cons

What I like least about Amity Social Cloud is that their documentation feels incomplete and the out-of-box UX/UI is not the best. The Web SDK is also not mobile friendly.

Pros

The Amity SDK and API are both easy to use and thoroughly documented. It gives you quite a few features that you'll need to implement social components in your project. This includes Chats, Postings, Threads, Comments and supports a lot of custom data to be integrated into most entities.It's all simple and quick to implement and you can get basic social media features going in no time.Also the customer support is some of the best i've encountered, ever. They're super helpful at all times and the tone is more than friendly.

Cons

Overall, while i wouldn't ever call Amity's functionality "basic", i think it lacks a few features that would make implementation a lot better. The things i'm missing so far are custom filters when sending queries (especially when you use custom data) and a way to easily moderate content uploaded to your cloud.

Avoid this company at all costs. Buggy and laggy community software. Difficult to deal with, especially their \[sensitive content hidden\] Made us overpay by two months just to keep our app live - despite the fact that the community software was terrible - effectively holding us hostage until we overpaid them

Not much - some of the team members were nice to deal with

Cons

Buggy and slow. So slow! To the point where it was unusable and had to be disabled.
