Overall: amazing experience overall; Monitio has great customer service and have been more than willing to work with us on new features that we want to add in (integrating with our payroll system).
Pros: Ease of use, multiple ways to interface with the software (QRcode, facial rec or manual entry), easy to use reporting mechanisms built in
Cons: not currently integrated with our payroll systems for internal employees - but they are currently working with us on this.
