Wir brauchten einen Cookie-Banner. Und haben uns erstmal für die Testversion entschieden, die schon ganz schön viel an Bedarf abdeckt. Und das tolle war, dass wir - trotz Free-Version - tollen, schnellen Support hatten. Und als es mal ein kleines Problem gab, wurde dies schnell, sogar über die IT-Abteilung gelöst. Immer noch kostenlos! Und man wollte uns auch garnicht zu einer kostenpflichtigen Version "überreden".

Pros

Wenn man sich etwas eingefuchst hat, dann kann man alles prima einstellen. Und bei Fragen wird einem schnell weitergeholfen.

Cons

Themes vielleicht noch etwas eleganter gestalten, manches ist nicht sofort zu finden.

Reasons for choosing CCM19

Weil hier Preis-Leistung stimmt und der Support super ist. Es gibt nicht viele Firmen, die sich so einsetzen, obwohl garnicht abzusehen war, ob ein kostenpflichtiges Produkt gekauft werden würde. Voll zu empfehlen!

Ich Löse die DSGVO konforme Einbindung von Cookies und Fremdscripts auf unseren Websites mit der CCM19 Lösung. Dabei haben wir die Agenturversion im Einsatz, welche vollständig auf uns um gelabelt ist. Sehr gut gelöst, macht weiter so!

Pros

Die Einrichtung war sehr einfach und die Installation auf dem eigenen Server empfinde ich als super Lösung! Die Menüführung ist sehr übersichtlich und durchdacht! Der Support ist unheimlich gut und ist immer sehr freundlich!

Cons

Ich habe bisher noch keinen wirklichen Nachteil festgestellt. Für die Agenturversion würde ich ein kurzes Onboarding Telefonat empfehlen.

Einsatz einer Download-Version möglich; Bedienung relativ intuitiv und einfach

Cons

Zu Beginn des Einsatzes (ich weiß nicht, wie das inzwischen aussieht) waren Hilfethemen / Anleitungen nur rudimentär verfügbar - allerdings hilft der Support schnell und unkompliziert weiter.
