The Sugar Support is amazing and the APIs, documents, resources and open and easily accessible with a lot of self learning material. They have their own free University. All the Enterprise features are available at a cost a basic CRM Cons: Calendar sync is an issue and Email Client inbuilt in Sugar has a sad UI. Mobile app is a little slow when it loads the first time. Cannot change the theme with our Company schema. For a small company, SugarCRM is perfect for us. The ability to archive and set-up new people from email is easy. The CRM allows us to keep better records to ultimately be better communicators to our partners, clients and attendees. Tagging and adding to drop downs is a breeze with our support team partner. We also enjoy working with Highland Solutions on SugarCRM. They have been helpful when we have integrated SugarCRM with our other systems. The user interface does look modern. I like the RestAPI. Cons I would like to see the cost be more competitive especially since we are hosting it ourselves. There are a lot of third party integrations available as well. I really enjoyed using the email from within the CRM and the layout was pleasing to navigate. Cons I think the free trial option is not long enough to enable the potential user a chance to see if this platform is a good ling term fit for their individual business needs. I am the Contract Manager and have set up the Contracts module to meet our needs. I do find that the fields don't always work the way that I would like them to work, but have been able to improvise. Sugar is very easy to use and I was able to set up our contracting module with little help or training. Pros Easy to learn and easy to configure. Cons Has its limitations on configuration and fields that are available.
