I like the fact that this is a web based product and I like the product has the ability to input accounts and contacts through and excel upload.

Cons

I do not like the reporting within sugar, I think that there could be a lot added to enhance the reporting.

Very easy to use and easy to learn, my team and I love SugarCRM. The Mobile CRM is also very awesome!

I found a little bit pricy. If your are a smaller company SugarCRM is mostly likely too expensive for you

I was looking for a CRM and tryed a lot of tools. SugarCRM is a well known product so i tried it. I'm a bit desapointed, it's not really plug'n play... you need to configure a lot and the UI is not user-friendly. Perharps I don't need such a tool that looks powerfull...
