It's a very powerful tool, that has all you need to start automating your operation and making your sales team more efficient.

Pros

Has all the tools and functionalities you may expect (and sometimes even more). CRM will naturally help organize your contacts, leads and create a sales funnel.

Cons

Much focused in lead management but lack a bit in the Process Flow management side. If you're goal is to center your sales and backup operation around a CRM, you will need to invest much time to it.

Pros

Flexibility, affordability, portability, cristal clear cost model, user friendly, intuitivity, integrability.. All abilities.

Cons

It will be nice that reporting capabilities where improved. A bigger apps exchage market place wil be a plus.

Sugar does everything it sets out to do; it’s a fantastic resource for keeping track of client information and managing your relationships with clients. They’re excellent with helping you develop your account to get exactly what you need and are there if any issues arise.

Pros

The company I work for has been developing our account with SugarCRM for a while, and they’ve always been great with fulfilling our needs and requests. It automatically syncs appointments with the appropriate group on Google Calendar, so I’ve never had an issue with a missed appointment.

Cons

On occasion, an error message comes up and it prevents you from saving information you’re putting in. This happens most often with appointment booking, but it alerts you to the error right as you open the tab, so it’s easy enough to back out and reopen it before you waste time putting information in.

Pros

It has basic functions so you can keep track if you import all information - you can schedule tasks, keep track and pull reports.

Cons

Requires a bit of work if you want all reports accurate and the design could be a little bit more lively.

SugarCRM is a great CRM tool; easy to use with good functionality without the price tag. I've been using it for few years and believe it is the best CRM system on the market. I'm currently using the Enterprise version

Pros: easy to set up workflows, easy to customize in-house, flexibility

Cons

Cons: the new Process Definition module has got few bugs making the usage a bit frustrating

I had a good experience. I like how customizable items are. Overall everything is good. Some of the automated items could use some work to become more inclusive or customizable. The support portal is a little bit difficult to get responses from.

The ability to copy/duplicate previous quotes for other customer accounts. If a quote is not revisited in 30 days, an automatic email reminder is sent to account rep/owner.

Cons

Entering tracking information and serial numbers for each asset is a time consuming process, almost a full time job to input.

Easy imputting - great charts - nice visuals works great for looking at my team and seeing a birds eye view of where they are at and what they are doing.

Cons

That it can't be used on an iPad. In today's world this is just unheard of. We need the iPad version and we need it to function seamlessly.

All fashioned GUI. Not easy to use. Really bad support for Latin America

pricing is the only thing i can say. need more flexibility on pricing part. need more integration features.

There was a little bit of hassle in working with the API, but considerably less than others I've tangled with. On the overall it was positive. The deployment required not installing, but also teaching (while also learning), about the software.

Pros

CRM is gold. This goes for any CRM solution. SugarCRM is easy to use and easy to build on. You can also use it with a mobile device or integrate it with Outlook. It's open source and it has plenty of options, so it's great for international teams. It's also a fraction of the cost of all similar packages I'm aware of.

Cons

Some of non-technical folks needed a lot of help figuring out how to import and export data. They also had some issues with it occasionally freezing. This was only shortly after Sugar was released, so my guess is those bugs have been mended.

This is not for everyone. This software is an open source and you must have access to an expert programmer (or be one) to customize it.

We were excited to use Sugar when we first learned of it. We thought anything could have been better than our old CRM -- it was all in the cloud, it was all responsive, and you could access it from anywhere. So exciting! Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. It is clunky, chunky, and crashes CONSTANTLY. You can only have one tab open at a time (as of my last experience), and it loses data very frequently to the point where you'll have to resubmit information multiple times. It was nothing but a headache. Implementing new modules was no better, and the customer service was impossible to reach. I'm glad that we moved away from it.

I think Sugar CRM is great to have for a big office with clients.

Pros

I like that employees can keep notes on client pages for others to see. I like that we can list all employees within a business page.

Cons

I don't like for format when you view emails.

Pros

What i like most, is the thing that from first "run" its super easy to set up and configure reports which will be using in our team. After that its also easy to read how our performance is moving. Main dashboard is user friendly, after logging in we can see all necessary information

Cons

There is no great documentation for that tool Sometimes navigating the application, adding a client or other activities are not very intuitive Sometimes its working to slow in my opinion Its hard to make an update or change the existing functionality

It's quite easy to understand and to use

I had to work with this program and I absolutely hated it. The whole software itself already appears super cheap. It seems like no one invested in user interface and design AT ALL. It looks very blanc and raw, it's purely structured and has a very bad overview. I would prefer to use a normal excel table or similar, than use this software.

Pros

Easy to use. Use on a daily basis with very few issues.

Cons

Can sometimes have issues with making email campaigns but other than that, can't fault it.

I like Sugar CRM as a whole. As an admin the only issue I have is that there isn't much step-by-step instructions or help when it comes to building out tabs or extra fields. Also querying reports is not easily done.

Charity events, tracking of employees, and information to process payments.

Pros

There are many of reasons why I enjoyed working with SugarCRM. The most enjoyable feature was the ability to input data, save the feature as an report and name it. The ability to continue to work on the same report and print it if necessary without inputting the data every time. It also allows you to add more modules to your report allowing the input of more data and having multiple reports for users. Also, but not limited to the email blast that could be done.

Cons

What I needed SugarCRM, I did not have a least like of this software. It gave me what I needed when I needed it.
