even when I was using orthotrac the service is horrendous. incompetent people, conversion takes over a year and they can not get it done. there is no accountability .

Pros

I have used carestream orthotrac for over ten years. I agreed to switch over to Sensei. However the transition has been terrible. Even after talking to management they promised me to get things moving in the right direction but nothing has changed. Poor services and incompetent people

There are a lot of features that adapt well to our orthodontic practice. The schedule is easy to read and understand by using color coding by procedure, doctor, or patient status.

Cons

Some of the features come with additional charges. There are glitches, and support is hit or miss with response time.
