En general la experiencia ha sido buena. Al principio, dado que era la primera vez que trabajábamos con un programa de este tipo, costó adaptarnos a su utilización, debido también a que la formación no la recibieron las personas que lo iban a utilizar, pero al ser muy intuitivo y a la buena atención comercial, pronto nos hicimos con el programa.

Pros

La agilidad a la hora de organizar las rutas del reparto diario.

Cons

No sabría decir que es lo que nos ha gustado menos.

Poder conocer el estado de las rutas de reparto en real-time así como optimizarlas en función de las necesidades y cambios que surjan sobre la marcha.

Cons

Desde el primer momento de su implementación el equipo de Logistiko ha respondido nuestras necesidades y optimizado de forma individual lo que necesitamos. No hay en estos momentos nada que pueda decir negativo del software, ya que es totalmente adaptable a cada tipo de cliente.

La demo la realizan con tu empresa. No te presentan una demo ficticia donde todo está fenomenal, sino que cogen tus propios datos y te enseñan cómo funcionaría. Además, el soporte técnico y atención es de muy rápida respuesta.
