One dude can run my CRM side with a Spreadsheet and some other software, but you miss things and you cant hire and grow because that is not a scalable way to do things. A CRM helps, and a CRM that you can build to suit your specific needs that also has so much built in automation capability is a big force multiplier. I really think that if you are looking for a CRM that you need to look at Macanta, Pros I like the customization, the automations, the founder, etc. Really great platform at any price, and you don't have to hire a dev team to get it working for you. It is not a boiler plate CRM that is built how one dude thinks a CRM should be like. It is truly customizable so you can build your best CRM. Cons No real complaints. It could be easier t build out, but then it would not be as customizable, and I knew that coming into it, so no real complaints. Switched from [Microsoft Excel](https://www.capterra.com/p/176574/Excel/) Because I am growing and I want to be able to scale, as well as just be a lot more efficient even if I stayed at current levels.
