I didn't enjoy the course, I found the pre test results were almost unachievable. If 100% is required perhaps this course needs to be monthly. Having said that the questions aren't clear enough and the answers ambiguous and neither are clearly defined within the course notes.

Pros

The course was easy to access and relatively simple to use. The graphics were ok and controls similarly easy to understand.

Cons

I felt that the course content was structured in a way that didnt help learner understanding. the narration is poor and it is difficult to stay focussed (Awake) The exam questions are seemingly purposely misleading being worded in such a way that is difficult to correlate course content. Required answers for final assessments are are not clear within the course slides with with some questions questionable for a Minimum Industry Standard.

Very positive. My representative is always easily reachable and is able to answer any question I have quickly. Very responsive!

Pros

We have selected a blend of courses based on critical needs for our operations, maintenance, and office workers. While many new companies think they are saving time using spreadsheets to manage training, the sensible decision is to use a system to manage the process and reporting for you. Skills Assurance saves me time, which is the one thing I need more of!

Cons

A few of the courses seem to be strictly geared to offshore oil and gas. Since my workforce is not that, they tend to lose focus and not apply the training, even though it directly relates.

Great product, great service, too expensive.

Pros

The interface is easy to learn and use. Menus navigate well and searches can be specific or general. The dashboards are well designed. The courses are well designed, and the quizzes are both appropriate and relevant. Compliance Matrix is my favorite feature, with color codes and each sorting.

Cons

Deleting employees requires a long process of deleting many connected items. Editing could be easier, like an excel spreadsheet, instead of having to open each employee. Adding employees should be through uploading an excel spreadsheet instead of individually

Our at-a-glance view lets you know which employees are compliant and which ones need a nudge to keep your company from passing that audit! Our recommendation is to make employees inactive so its easier to activate them in the system when they come back. As an alternative, we can work with your IT team to create an HR interface where employees are automatically added or changed to inactive based on their employment status. SkillsVX interfaces with all major ERP systems. Also, let's review your license agreement and make sure you aren't paying for services you don't need. Our subscription model is very flexible.
