I’ve really loved salesflow over the first 6 months using it, it is directly responsible for many successes my company has had over that time period.

Pros

A great piece of automation that has great value if you use with great copywriting. An incredible tool in my company’s business development tool box.

Cons

The software can be slow and buggy at times and basically requires a walk through to understand how it works.

Pros

Fairly easy to use but often come across bugs requiring technical assistance

Cons

Too many bugs and difficulties dealing with support team.

It delivers a solid pipeline of prospects with a low initial investment. Their team is also very fast in answering questions or help with messages for the campaigns.

Pros

Very easy to get started and it is accurate in the message delivery.

Cons

They should increase the touchpoints besides LinkedIn. Adding emails, socials, etc.

Salesflow has been really helpful when it comes to prospecting, reaching out to larger audience for a sales guy can save a lot time. I would strongly recommend founders and management team to use this and network better!

Pros

Although personal branding and content creation is on the rise and is a must, every sales professional should be able to automate the sales process, and Salesflow allows you to do just that!It's saved me a lot of hours and I have seen good conversion with In-Mail and 1st connection campaigns, which is not available or easy to implement in other softwares

Cons

There are couple of features in mind that could be implemented. A little more videos on how to efficiently run the campaigns and hacks improve conversion

Flexibility of managing campaign parameters -- custom messages, message frequency and timing, etc.

Cons

Initial setup was complicated, and statistics on the campaigns are not necessarily easy to understand.

I had much higher expectations since it we recommended to me and is used by other large agencies, but I find it clunky and difficult to manage

Pros

I like that it can be white labeled and I like the dashboard.

Cons

the software doesn't work as expected much of the time. Documentation is sparse and the "how to" documentation doesn't help solve problems. Its just screen shots of things I can already see.

Reason for choosing Salesflow

I chose it b/c it was recommended to me, but I'm not confident that I'll stay with it.

Pros

Fake promises made by the Sales team. Customer service was rude. They will not refund money regardless how poorly the program performs. There was one employee \[sensitive content hidden\] who was helpful, everyone else was just awful

Cons

I did not like any thing about the software

Pros

Salesflow has great template sequences to connect, prompt, message and finally start a conversation with a prospect. It is very smooth and within 5 days you start to get interaction.

Cons

The price, hands down. I'm a one man band for Sales Development and for me to own this tool would be £90 per month. Its a shame really, at the vendor we work with all their SDRs and AEs have access to this platform and the salesforce must be 500+ strong.

integrating with Linkedin Sales Navigator, I also like the campaign stats in real time

Cons

Cost and inabilit to integrate with Salesforce

Very good, from the demo to the staff engagement during the trial to this follow up, everything has been timely and thoughtful and like I said, the tool works.

Pros

It works as claimed, to the extent I was able to use it during the short trial. Easy to implement with a good, intuitive UI.

Cons

Really just the cost for an individual user. This is priced as an enterprise product

Management of daily limits of invites, manage leads and merge or change between campaigns, hard to find a lead among multiple campaigns.
