Wir sind sehr zufrieden und haben es zu keinem Zeitpunkt bereut, dass wir uns für ENGINE4.SERVICE und Mobile Function entschieden haben. Die Lösung bietet alles, was wir brauchen. Wir arbeiten heute komplett digital und haben einen hohen Automatisierungsgrad im Service erreicht.

Pros

\- Lässt sich genau an unsere Datenstrukturen und Prozesse anpassen. - Wir sind jederzeit flexibel und können die Lösung einfach erweitern. - Die persönlichen Ansprechpartner beim Softwarehersteller sind sehr kompetent. - Support des Anbieters ist vorbildlich, sehr gute Erreichbarkeit und Reaktionszeiten.

Cons

Die Software wurde vom Anbieter zu Beginn erst individuell nach unseren Vorgaben angepasst, war aber nach kurzer Zeit (1-2 Wochen) dann einsatzbereit. Heute erweisen sich diese Anpassungen als großer Vorteil. Dadurch ist die Lösung sehr übersichtlich und intuitiv zu bedienen, auch für unsere nicht ganz so IT-affinen Kollegen. Durch die flexiblen Erweiterungen können wir jederzeit genau auf die Wünsche unserer Kunden eingehen.
