Overall great tool for day to day usage for general citizens

Pros

Light weight App which provides many features like creating complains /Taking image /tag geo location . App alter on service request .Good tool for citizens

Calling feature is not available. Licensing is required

J'ai souhaité équiper mon service d'un logiciel dans le but de centraliser les multiples signalements afin de garder une trace écrite et une facilité dans la gestion de leur réalisation. Cela évite la charge mentale, les nombreux post-it, la perte ou la déformation de l'information. Je gagne aussi en réactivité.

Pros

Sa simplicité de prise en main et d'utilisation au quotidien quelque soit son statut. Le fait de pouvoir ajouter beaucoup d'utilisateurs et d'adapter leurs droits en fonction de leurs besoins. D'intégrer des photos dans les signalements et d'avoir une appli pour les agents de terrain. Sans oublier les deux mois d'essai et la réactivité du SAV.

Cons

Éventuellement retravailler sur la lisibilité des signalements une fois dans l'onglet "tableau de bord" et encore cette remarque est propre à chacun.
