I can confidently say it’s a powerful tool that has saved me countless hours. It enables me to go from idea to a beautifully designed email incredibly fast. Since my work style prioritizes efficiency, I deeply value every minute it saves me. One of the best aspects is how it allows me to create templates for other leaders in our organization. These templates often make their emails look far more professional than they could achieve on their own, which has earned me a reputation as a go-to resource. By leaning into templating, I’ve developed options for nearly every situation, including row templates that let me quickly prototype new ideas when needed. Overall, Beefree is likely the best email creation tool out there. It’s a game-changer for anyone looking to combine efficiency and professional design. Pros The ability to get a great number of templates as well as create my own templates for various situations. I'm also able to create row templates to allow for rapid prototyping of new emails quickly. Cons Somewhat rarely I get disconnected from the servers and I will lose a minute or two of work that has been done. It's annoying, but it's pretty rare. You feel like someone is listening and responding on the other side. Pros Depth of integration with other vendors and excellent customer service. Cons Challenging to switch between different linked corporate accounts when multiple people need to use the product. Version history gave us some issues but was quickly worked on by Customer support. The builder is quick. The ability to re-arrange responsive email is very helpful. Any time I've had a technical question, I get speedy responses. This has save us a lot of time, especially when we need custom looking emails to be produced quickly. Pros Speed, cost, and clean code. Other drag-and-drop builders created code that didn't render well in all client email apps. We have a large user base that are Microsoft-based and use Outlook. And all email marketers know that if some design or code will break, it will be in Outlook. Using Beefree solved that for us. The code is clean for Gmail, Outlook, and all other clients we've tried. Cons None. The product is updated regularly with new feature releases, so there aren't any real cons. It's easy to work in and creates great looking emails that have enabled us to better tell our story in ways that our supporters enjoy. Pros Beefree allows me to create modern email designs while also ensuring they will be formatted correctly on both desktop and mobile devices. The layout tools allow for a wide range of designs and customizations. It's been far more flexible for designs than the built-in editor with Campaign Monitor, which is what we use to send out mass emails. Cons The only con is just a minor annoyance. When importing emails into our email platform (Campaign Monitor) the emails come in as templates. I haven't figured out how to make any changes once in campaign monitor so if something doesn't look quite right I have to make the changes in Beefree and reimport into campaign monitor before sending it. Unfortunately once the email is in CM, it cannot be updated with the CM editor because of how the HTML is formatted. What we have done in other cases, is to update the integration so that it allows you to update the file, instead of creating a new one. It does this with a very small learning curve and I haven't used or seen better options. Pros Easy no-code usability. Modern design, simple UX, intuitive drag and drop and ultimately I can create the look of the email/ landing page quickly I had mapped out. Clients are happy, simple to get started and they appear to be investing and updating all the time. I trust HTML emails I create with BeeFree for their responsiveness and deliverability over my ESP and CRM native email creators. It's a fair price as well. Cons My CRM doesn't have an API option into it so it becomes a little cumbersome for some things however, that's just my CRM so not an issue with BeeFree. I deal with the design part and assembling the layout and make sure the template is on brand, and my team mates work on the copy part, in the end I (as the designer) do the final review and approval of the email and then export to hubspot. All of this without any coding!! Pros How easy it is to build beautiful and on brand emails without any code needed, And how easy it is to collaborate with other team members on the same project.
