I look forward to a few more features in the new pages section Pros We love the drag and drop nature of Bee Pro. It is super intuitive even for the most non-technical of users. Cons There are some new features that still feel a bit raw, but still show great promise. I wish the user management was a bit for featured in the teams tier. I create my responsive emails and copy/paste the HTML. Works great with the email integration platform I use. Cons I'd like to see the editing toolbar upgraded. Add checkmarks to the bullet point section. I would like to be able grab the editing toolbar and move it around. There are times where it hovering over the area I want to edit and I can't move it. They eliminate the time it takes to learn the software by making it intuitive and user-friendly. The .zip and .html files are accurate and transfer to other email softwares quickly. Would recommend BeePro for any single user or team. Cons I have no current complaints about this product. I've used it for a year and love it. Cons The code is still a bit too large and I've hit the 102kb limit on Gmail and have had some messages cut off because of it. You are absolutely right that the overall size of the HTML can be too large at times, and we are very hard at work on that. In early tests, the results are very, very encouraging (substantial reduction in the HTML output, sometimes even 50% lighter). I like being able to search free stock photos to use instead of having to use Google. I like that it is not overly complicated and it is pretty intuitive. Pros It helps me stay organized by creating multiple templates for all of our company meetings. I can quickly write up and edit a new email without having to constantly make everything from scratch. You have a great library of templates to start with and they are amazing. Pros It is really easy to use, has the standard+ features you need to create a great email. I have been using this software for the past 2 years to create emails and it is a great solution. It is always improving, I have seen some many changes in the past years. Cons As a front end developer there are some things that can’t be done in the editor, but you can always export and modify the code afterwards. Pros My favorite thing about this product is the ability to include specific hyperlinks to our messages. We use it to send text messages to our families with links to our emails. Cons The only con is that it is not yet fully integrated with SchoolMessenger. Would be nice if I did not have to design it on one site and then transfers the HTML. Pros building emails from templates is super easy and allows for mobile compatibility. Love the feature to push to sending services (mail chimp, Marketo, Gmail) but have wished for a few more integrations in the past (Pardot specifically.) Cons Hard to say, it's very useful and so affordable I'm a big fan. Pros \- Easy to use and understand email designer - Collaboration with my team is simple and straightforward - Beautiful templates for inspiration - The emails work every time. Cons The only con is that I didn't find it sooner! Reason for choosing RGE Studio We use Blackbaud's Luminate Online email platform for our online fundraising. The email designer in Luminate is HORRIBLE and requires in-depth knowledge of HTML to build a simple, responsive message. BEE Pro has allowed us to build beautiful, responsive emails that I can copy the HTML and paste it into Luminate and they work every time. December 9, 2020 5.0 BEE Pro allows us to further engage our audience with visually pleasing and responsive email design. We're seeing more engagement with emails and overall more positive results. Pros I love the drag and drop functionality for BEE Pro. We are able to easily use BEE Pro to plan and create emails, and send them to our database just by copying and pasting some html code which BEE Pro generates for you. Cons There's been a couple of times where the password which I've set has not been recognised, when trying multiple times to login it locks the account out (for security), but I've then had to contact support which can take a little while (not more than a day though) to get back to you to unlock the account, especially since I live in Australia where our business hours are likely different to where support is. This is especially frustrating when I'm trying to send an urgent bulk-email to our list. I'm lucky that this only happens very occasionally though. I was worried that I would be overwhelmed by tasks that include editing HTML and CSS coding. Pros I do not know how to write HTML or CSS. With BeePro, I have been able to piece together how to edit our system's email template - raising our email quality drastically. It is my go-to for all emails' designs! Cons It's not their fault...but I cannot get the background images to load on outlook at all. When you hit "save" and "export HTML" you can have a file that then can be uploaded to our server as a finished web page -- without all the hassle of HTML coding.
