Based on other buyer's searches, these are the products that could be a good fit for you.
A product’s price can vary greatly based on features needed, support or training required, and customization requests. Some vendors want a chance to talk to you before being ruled out for pricing. When you find a product that fits your needs, you should talk to the vendor to figure out what they can offer.
Users find PartsTech's system integration capabilities to be highly effective and seamless. They particularly appreciate its smooth integration with Tecmetric and other shop systems, which enhances their overall efficiency. The ease of integration is another highlight, making the process straightforward and user-friendly for their operations.
Users find PartsTech's parts diagrams helpful for ordering and appreciate the ease of tracking orders. However, they experience frustration with delayed orders, issues with price and tax reporting, and problems with order descriptions. These challenges can disrupt their workflow and cause significant inconvenience when managing orders.
Pros
It has been a game changer in locating quality parts for a fair price and allows us to provide better service and quality to our customers without sacrificing efficiency.
What I like the most is the ability to look up one part and see prices from all of my top vendors. I also love that the part numbers and prices transfer to the invoice seamlessly.
I love that I can look up the same part on 5 different platforms and it works flawlessly.
The program is very user friendly and has good notes as to when certain parts are needed for certain options for vehicle.
Cons
AND that now Parts Tech is pretty much a vessel to open SpeedDial and Rowerdink up in their own stand alone windows to place orders. This makes PartsTech damn near useless.
Now update after update it gets worse and worse. IDK if its our sources just don't utilize it effectively or if PartsTech is just circling the drain.
Need to go back and add to quantity line. Very annoying when you didn't catch it and only ordered some of the parts the first purchase order.
We hear they are looking at a labor guide (motor) which is arguably the WORST labor guide to use.
"Use it - it's easy"
Overall: Great! Use it use it use it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pros: Ease of use - speed of estimates and parts sourcing
Cons: There are zero issues using this as integrated into our system
"parts"
Overall: ok
Pros: able to see multiple vendors, and pricing
Cons: hard to know what the parts are named so it takes some effort to locate the parts
"From an SA perspective"
Overall: When we first got going with PartsTech it was great. Now update after update it gets worse and worse. IDK if its our sources just don't utilize it effectively or if PartsTech is just circling the drain.
Pros: Its a great tool to be able to see multiple sources to compare price and availability.
Cons: That I can't find all my parts across all my jobs then organize them back into the RO as needed. AND that now Parts Tech is pretty much a vessel to open SpeedDial and Rowerdink up in their own stand alone windows to place orders. This makes PartsTech damn near useless.
