"Woodpecker has helped our firm become more efficient"

**Overall:** After using several other document assembly systems Woodpecker is by far my favorite. It has the exact features we need.

**Pros:** I especially like the fact that it is integrated directly into Word.

**Cons:** Training on template management is critical as it is easy for new users to get confused and overwrite templates or fail to save template changes.

**Reasons for Choosing Woodpecker:** Woodpecker integration with word and ease of template programming, plus Woodpecker is cloud based as compared to the local installation required for the standard HotDocs product.

**Switched From:** [Mitratech HotDocs](https://www.capterra.com/p/123091/HotDocs-Developer/)

**Reasons for Switching to Woodpecker:** HotDocs was difficult to administer for multiple users and was difficult for average users to create and manage templates. Also we needed a cloud based solution and HotDocs so-called cloud solution is not truly on the cloud.
