Wir haben viele neue Insights über unsere Kunden und offenen Posten gewonnen, die uns vorher so nicht bewusst waren. Wir waren überrascht, dass teilweise unsere besten Kunden deutlich später zahlen als andere. Das ist uns mit unserem bisherigen System nicht aufgefallen. Es ist sehr praktisch, dass wir mit Veita die Spätzahler direkt erinnern können und wir so eine bessere Zahlungsmoral erreichen.

Pros

Die Implementierung ging sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Die Software ist selbsterklärend und sehr einfach zu bedienen und spart uns Zeit ein. Das Veita Team ist sehr serviceorientiert und hilft schnell bei kleineren Problemen. Besonders gefallen mir die Auswertungen, die uns sehr beim Monitoring unserer Forderungen helfen.

Cons

Wir können uns weitere Dashboards, Reports und Automatisierungen vorstellen, die für uns hilfreich wären. Wir sind im laufenden Austausch mit dem Veita Team, um neue Funktionen zu erhalten.
