The technical issue with mobile checkout redirection remains unresolved, and the lack of effective customer support has been a major setback. I expected better service and responsiveness from a professional platform like Checkify Pro. Pros The concept of Checkify Pro is great in theory. It promises a streamlined checkout process which is crucial for any e-commerce business. Cons The customer service is extremely disappointing. Despite multiple requests for technical support to resolve a critical issue where the checkout redirects to Shopify on mobile devices instead of Checkify, I received repetitive and unhelpful advice. They suggested switching themes or hiring a developer instead of addressing the core problem. My request to speak with a more competent technical support representative was ignored, causing significant delays in my business operations.
