### "Sheqsy review "

Overall it has been good, we have been trying to increase utilisation over the past 6 months.

Pros

Generally easy to use and allows our clinicians to control when their tracking data is shared to us. It has been relatively easy to set up departments and have escalations completed. The ability to have push notification with the ability to add PDFs has been helpful

Cons

There are some areas in which I would encourage improving/review. - Sometimes the dashboard is slow/does not load properly. For example, sometimes when loading team member list it stops loading team members. Or in the push notification tab/roll call tab, sometimes the loading of the active/archive posts does not load properly. - From a safety perspective, it would be good to have the ability to track enroute to appointment, and enroute back to office. At the moment it only allows you to track to office. Some of our clinicians travel regionally for 2-3 hours and we can only track on the way. We then get them to make a new appointment and enroute to that when getting home. But would be good to have the option after. - Sometimes clinicians will forget to swap from enroute to active, and this may accumulate for days at a time, particularly if it occurs on a friday. It would be good to have an alert for this as well, as if a clinician is enroute on Friday afternoon and has an accident we would not know about it. In one of our other businesses that does not use sheqsy they had a medical episode on the way home to Darwin from Alice Springs and the only reason we found out about it is that a passerby saw them and called an ambulance. It would be good in future to be notified to stop this occuring in the future.

### "SHEQSY is easy to use and accurate"

We are very satisfied customers - they are a great organisation to do business with and it is a quality product which meet our organisaitons needs. The SHEQSY team have always be extremely flexible, responsive and reliable. Can't fault their customer service in setting up new users and to date, we have not had any issues arise in the use of the system

Pros

Being a phone based app, makes the system extremely easy for staff to use, the app itself is simple to set up, and use. it is also very easy for administrators to monitor the whereabout of the app users in real time. GPS monitoring of staff whereabouts is invaluable in an emergency. Staff appreciate that they control when the system is activated and they are able to enter the exact address of their location - this function provides essential details in an emergency

Cons

We haven't found any flaws in the system to date.

### "Review for Community Nursing use"

I like the aspect you can view where the nurses have been helpful staff to support Evening nurse can't use app on own personal phone

Pros

Used by Nursing staff daily, safety aspect,

Cons

Makes phones go flat, nurses complaining you need to swipe to get to the panic alert (maybe not practical if faced with a threat)

Was not involved in process, trialed and liked the product (we had nothing ) to support safety in the work force for lone working nurses in the community

We do offer Bluetooth wearable buttons that can be paired with the SHEQSY app and allow employees to activate the panic alert as long as their phone is within ~25m. We would be pleased to provide information about these Bluetooth wearables if you're interested in implementing them within your organisation.

### "Application Review"

Safety of our team Knowing exactly where they are at any given time including between client sites The team feel they have an extra safety while working alone

Pros

The application is used to support and protect our work force as they are stand alone worker working different hours of the night. The quick action response panic alarm is excellent and a safe guard for my team SHEQSY application has been implemented in two of my business operations and is a vital part of the health and safety of our employees. We have worked closely with the developer to adapt the application to our structure and requirements for our field team to report and action information for our clients The benefits of being able to discuss with the developer what our company requires as additional applications within the system is fantastic and a credit to the SHEQSY team

Cons

The application need to be adjusted slight to what our company requirements were

We Chose SHEQSY after our first meeting with Hays, his knowledge and commitment and willing to help adapt the system to what our company required was extremely exciting and at the forefront

### "Safe Satisfied and Secure "

Very Positive. The few technical glitches I had were overcome quickly through talking through the issues with their techs. It was easy to set up, easy to install, and easy to use out in the community. The times I have accidently bumped my security pendent and triggered an Alert, it was really reassuring to see how quick their response time was. I feel safe going out to locations, I am secure in knowing they know where I am if I do press for an alert and overall I am satisfied with their monthly fee, which gives me great piece of mind knowing I am safe. I am often by myself completing home visits with vulnerable families in really tough neighborhoods. Having SHEQSY has enabled me to log into and out of jobs, they check on me if I have run over time, and I can press my security pendent and they ring me. Thankfully I have only ever pressed it by accident, and they always ring instantly! As I bill for my time, logging into and out of jobs, gives me a time stamped record of the visit. It also tracks my KM for Mileage and create a mileage report if needed.

Pros

Time Stamped job times & KM Tracking, all help me in billing.

Cons

I can not think of anything that I don't like

I looked at other companies, but only SHEQSY gave me the real reassurance that I needed as a small business that they would have my back while I was out and about in the field. I could tailor their service to meet my one person business, which is just great. Highly recommend.

### "Excellent app to support safety for sole outreach healthcare workers"

Our overall experience with SHEQSY has been excellent. The lone worker app has made it possible to reliably and consistently fulfill our Employer responsibility to worker safety during outreach home visits. However, beyond the compliance of OH&S laws, the sense of peace, and shared responsibility for worker safety has allowed the Team Leaders / Program Leads to focus on and actively contribute to other business needs.

Pros

It has a clear and straightforward user interface, making it quick and easy for healthcare professional staff to learn (who consider themselves foremost health care workers, not computer / app users). It was also very easy to integrate into our existing home visit monitoring processes, and the SHEQSY team provided excellent support to build our escalation process and post-incident report processes. Finally, the app provides tremendous peace of mind for front level managers, who are struggling to respond to panic alerts for their team, whilst managing their own workload demands.

Cons

It initially took a little time to develop our specific "users" instruction guide/business rules, as there did not appear to be any that came with the product. However, the customer service provided during our implementation stage was so responsive and supportive, that it was easy to create. The SHEQSY customer service have been among the best I have ever experienced, with the team answering all my questions in a timely (and non-judgmental) manner; incorporating our suggestions (such as missing street names) and feedback (changing the configuration set up as business needs change); and constantly working to improve the accuracy and functionality of the app.

### "Safety Peace of Mind"

Our focus with this tool has been on lone worker safety and it has proven very effective in this space. The app effectively monitors staff location and check-ins and escalates in the event of failed responses. Our previous approach relied on staff having to actively monitor each other whereas the app has removed the human error component. Support from SHEQSY has also been high class, enabling the system to be tailored to our business needs. It enables me to keep track of my staff's wellbeing when they are spread across a wide geographic area. Highly recommended.

We were searching for a method to keep staff safe whilst performing outreach work and equally be a tool that did not hinder the standard ways of working - SHEQSY gives us this and more.

Pros

The software is well designed to be super easy for an user and gives unparalleled safety whilst during outreach work in remote areas of the North West in WA. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] has been incredibly helpful in ensuring all users are able to be confident utilising this software and always willing to assist and improve the product.

Cons

If the Panic Button is installed as a widget, it can accidently be pressed, causing the escalation of support needed.

### "Essential Product for Mobile Employees"

We opted to trial SHEQSY along with multiple other products after finding our current product wasn't able to provide what we needed. SHEQSY far outperformed the other options on cost, reliability, accuracy and functionality options. The customer service has been great throughout, no question has been treated as too silly and we have had prompt responses to any queries. Training staff to use has been simple via support from the SHEQSY team and because of the user friendly design.

Pros

It allows us to monitor the health and safety of our employees while they are completing mobile care services by seeing accurate location data and when they should next be checking in.

Cons

There isn't anything that we didn't like about this software, it rated higher than the multiple competitors we evaluated it against.

### "Sheqsy for Community Healthcare providers"

The whole experience with working with the Sheqsy team from trialling the product to set up, training and ongoing support is fantastic.

Pros

Great product that provides reassurance that we are able to support our staff to work safely in the community. The App is very simple and user friendly which increases staff compliance with usage but doesn't limit the overall functionality of the product ie reporting, location and other features from an administration level.

Cons

Overall the software is fantastic and any small issues have been worked through and resolved quickly with the Sheqsy team
