I have used both the versions of the software. The current version is more robust than the one before. Very simple user interface, easy to connect from WC to Amazon, eBay, Etsy etc. The quality of resources that CED Commerce has is knowledgeable and customer friendly. They always find a solution for a problem. They don't work with other extensions CedCommerce pushed. Overall they are a horrible company to work with. Pros Nothing. a very disorganized company. the developers are low pay fresh out of school developers that keep making mistakes. Cons Customer support is horrible and non existant. the extensions are substandard and require a lot of work to fix and even configure. Team solved all the problems that were violating google's policy. Best decision to hire them. I was trying it by my own 1 or two years. Cons The team behind it. They are very motivated and engaged. Owner Arts and Crafts Used the software for: I used a free trial ### "What NOT to do with CED Feed app" November 1, 2023 1.0 Do not assume anything with these people. They will lie to get you to sign up for the app. There is no pre-planning or outline of the process which is complicated to begin with. If you have establised a feed directly with Google Merchant you are going to have errors...and lots of them. CED will not advise you or help you revise your initial feed but simply take the info via your Shopify API and send a feed to Google Merchant with all the errors your had to begin with. The new feed will overwrite any work you have done directly with Google Merchant to repair the errors. Which means your are back where you started to begin with. If you haven't created feed yet and created the data needed make sure that CED advises you how to do it correctly. Maybe that will create what is needed. For us, it was a disaster. We tried every other product feed app out there and this is by far the best performing. It helped us tremendously with managing our feed for multiple countries and to multiple google programs.
