This is a platform with a lot of opportunity but I don't think I'm the target. Cons For those not into NFTs, this probably isn't the software for you. We could review many candidates quickly, and found a great one whose resume did not stand out. Being asynchronous allowed our entire team to view the candidates and contribute their evaluations. Pros Very easy to set up, and the candidates liked using it. Cons They are still working on the workflow, so discussions about the candidates had to be done in another tool. Pros I love using Voodle for Monday morning standups. Instead of another meeting to start my week, I'm able to share my top priorities with my contractors for the week in a quick 60-second video (which forces me to be succinct!) and listen to what my team needs my focus on that week (also succinctly) throughout the day and on my own time. Being able to comment in the stream for follow-ups or circle-back on a collective priority in our team meeting later that day is really helpful. Plus, getting to see and hear from my colleagues in their unique Monday morning "glows" is always refreshing and a nice way to connect because we are a remote team. Cons Since Voodle is a pretty early stage company, there are features that aren't yet present but I know that the team is working on them. Excited for upcoming feature releases and more integrations. Reasons for choosing Voodle It's designed with business needs in mind and feels more personable. Having video is key and the familiar features of streams, teams, comments are easy to get started with. I also LOVE the integration with Slack.
