Es wird rege genutzt und es gefällt mir sehr gut, dass ich als Admin auf quasi jeden Buchungswunsch eingehen kann.

Pros

Buchungen mit anny finde ich einfach und intuitiv, auch die administrative Einrichtung. Und vor allem ist der Support schnell, persönlich (!) und gut.

Cons

Bei uns gibt es keine kostenpflichtigen Räume, da stören die dazugehörigen Features manchmal, aber so hat man eben auch alle Möglichkeiten.

Insgesamt ist meine Erfahrung mit anny sehr positiv. Das System ist zuverlässig, übersichtlich und unterstützt die täglichen Abläufe gut. Nach einer kurzen Einarbeitung lässt sich effizient und strukturiert damit arbeiten.

Pros

Übersichtlich, intuitiv und einfach zu bedienen. Buchungen lassen sich schnell verwalten, Änderungen sind unkompliziert und die klare Struktur spart im Arbeitsalltag viel Zeit.

Cons

Teilweise sind bestimmte Funktionen nicht sofort selbsterklärend und erfordern eine kurze Einarbeitung. Außerdem könnten einzelne Abläufe an manchen Stellen noch etwas schlanker und schneller gestaltet sein.

Anny ist ein für uns das perfekte Buchungssystem, da es unsere sehr umfangreichen und spezifischen Anforderungen sehr gut abdeckt. Über die verfügbare API konnten wir auch unseren Konfigurator direkt an Anny anbinden. Das Wichtigste aber ist das gesamte Team hinter Anny. Vom Onboarding bis zu laufenden Betreuung und Support ist die Unterstützung einfach Spitze ;-). Damit wird Anny erst so richtig perfekt!

Cons

Die Anpassung der Dokumente wie Buchungsbestätigung und ähnliches könnte etwas individueller bzw. flexibler sein. Hier ist noch Luft nach oben.

We have a great experience with anny, it covers almost all of our needs out of the box, and has the flexibility to grow with us.

Pros

Great value for money, good and fast customer support. Also many nicely working integrations with other systems.

Cons

The settings can be a bit overwhelming, but on the other hand that makes it a very flexible system that can be personalized as we like.

Anny überzeugt durch eine übersichtliche und intuitive Benutzeroberfläche. Die Pflege der Kundenstammdaten gestaltet sich äußerst unkompliziert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die automatisierte Rechnungserstellung, die für uns einen echten Mehrwert darstellt. Der Kundenservice bei Anny ist exzellent – freundlich, kompetent und schnell. Deshalb vergeben wir hierfür die Bestnote 5+. Besonders geschätzt werden die Hilfsbereitschaft, Fachkompetenz und Effizienz des Support-Teams.

Cons

Einige meiner Kunden hatten Schwierigkeiten bei der Registrierung. Daher könnte es sinnvoll sein, diesen Prozess zu verbessern oder zu optimieren.

As a web developper, I'm very positive about Anny. I won't be using any other booking tool anytime soon to recommend to my customers, Anny can handle almost any booking situation.

Pros

I've seen Anny grow over the years, expanding its features, from a simple booking tool, to an advanced and flexible booking platform without keeping the end user in mind. We've used it for venue booking, yoga classes and creating a related community. Not only our customers liked it, but also their customers/clients have been able to use it without any trouble.

Cons

Due to the flexiblity and multiple options, it takes some time to set up, and get used to working with Anny. Their helpdesk have been of great use and are replying quickly and accurately.

In gesamt ist der Eindruck sehr positiv. Bei ca. 300 aktiven Usern und 3000 Buchungen in 2 Wochen sind die Rückfragen aus dem Unternehmen minimal. Sprich anny ist intuitiv und stabil, was für eine Anwendung den merklichen Teil an Qualität beschreibt.

Pros

Der Support ist ausgesprochen gut und sucht zielführende Lösungen.

Cons

Das Tool zum Zeichnen der Gebäude und Einrichtung könnte komfortabler sein.

Hervorragend. Ich bin durch Zufall auf Anny gestoßen, als ich nach einer Alternative zu unseren bisherigen Excel Tabellen gesucht habe. Schnell habe ich mich einfinden können und noch schneller war ich vom Nutzen überzeugt.

Pros

Die Übersichtlichkeit der Buchungen, durch unsere Mieter. Die Mieter wiederum loben die intuitive Bedienung, die Übersicht der getätigten Buchungen und die Optik

Cons

Das es bisher nicht möglich ist mir Monatsrechnungen via Excel von jedem Nutzer ziehen zu können, das würde das Rechnungen schreiben für uns vereinfachen - Alternativ eine Schnittstelle zu unserem Rechnungssystem

Macht den Eindruck, dass das Anny-Team vor Motivation sprüht.

Pros

Bei mir war entscheidend, Service und Termin-Optionen so anbieten zu können, dass sie kundenfreundlich buchbar, und gleichzeitig für mich sehr einfach und flexibel zu pflegen, und in andere Kalenderapps spiegelbar sind.

Cons

Keine Beschwerden, selbstauferlegte Pflicht zum Auskommen mit der Gratisversion im Testjahr erfordert etwas Geschick bei der Gestaltung von Ressourcen, Services und Zusatzoptionen.

Pros

Wir haben laaaange nach der richtigen Lösung gesucht. Wurden oft enttäuscht und sind so froh endlich anny gefunden zu haben. Wirklich eine rundum gelungene Lösung mit einem super Team dahinter das auch Sonderwünsche möglich machen kann. 1A mit Sternchen....

Cons

Es wird ständig weiterentwickelt. Wenn was fehlt kann man sich direkt an den Support wenden.
