Pros Site provides virtual collaboration platform that facilitates live video collaboration for insurance claims, customer service and field service. All employees can use the site from stakeholders to claims adjusters, customer service reps, to field inspectors. The platform aims to improve daily. A virtual walk-through video with narration is also extremely helpful to scope the severity of the insurance loss. Pros I love how easy Livegenic is to use on the sender side as well as how easy it is for our Insured's to use Livegenic from the user side. I have never had any issues with Livegenic and I LOVE that you can export photos as a PDF and send notes! Awesome product. Cons I don't have any dislikes, I think this product is great!!
